Billing & Invoicing

• Register charges under the shipments and send to invoicing when ready.
• Create invoices for a specific shipment, or run batch invoicing to generate all invoices for all customers in one go.
• Set customer specific net terms and credit limits.
• Shut down customer activity in case of outstanding invoices or credit overruns.
• Allow customers to pay invoices directly on the system using credit cards (requires set up with merchant account processor).
• Manage and update accounts receivables as payments are received against invoices.
