When PRADA USA needed to streamline their eCommerce shipping operation, they turned to Ship Link Systems. With over 80 stores in the United States, PRADA USA was looking for ways to decentralize fulfillment of eCommerce orders by enabling stores to handle web orders and ship directly to the customer. This would provide several business benefits such as improved customer experience, better efficiency in order fulfillment, significantly lower shipping costs, reduce delivery errors, and more.

Leveraging our expertise in Shipping & Logistics, we provided PRADA USA with consulting services to help design business processes to meet their goals. Using our in-depth knowledge of technology and FedEx web services, we were able to deliver a web-based solution that allows PRADA store managers to view and process orders assigned to their store by the internal SAP system, and to generate shipments in real-time through the FedEx technologies.

The solution has been deployed at several PRADA flagship stores, and is expected to be rolled out to stores nationwide by the end of 2014.
